Once your doctor has cleared you for exercise, I am here to help guide you through reintroducing movement back into your body through postnatal yoga. We focus on strengthening and stretching muscles without adding fatigue to your body. Classes are held at a shortened duration of 45 minutes to accommodate to a new baby's schedule.
Classes can include non-mobile babies, or can be indepedent time for mom.
