Taking what I learned from my yoga classes, I quickly felt relief in my body’s aches and started to treat myself with more compassion. I was connected to my teachers, and those around me, and it inspired me to dive deeper into the practice of yoga.  When I entered into the field of perinatal yoga, I wanted to honor the roots and meaning of yoga and make it relatable and accessible for moms. Since 2020, I’ve been providing a safe place for you to show up and be greeted by someone who is also authentically themself. I teach yoga to make it fun, easy-going, calming, and accessible to you and your little yogis. I channel the parts that I loved from my yoga teachers into each class so you have the opportunity to have that same experience I did when I fell in love with yoga years ago.
