Pregnancy and postpartum are full of emotions, changes, and the unknown. While it can be easy to allow the what-ifs of parenthood to take over you, when you come to class, you’ll learn ways to empower yourself off of the mat to create boundaries, routines, and patterns that bring peace into your everyday life.

If you feel yourself slowing down during pregnancy or don't know how to return to exercise postpartum, I am here for you. I take the guesswork out of “what should I do now?” by providing you with professional guidance. In class, you will build the muscles that are most necessary to support you during your journey.

If you’re anything like me, you like to know what’s going on in your body and why. In every class, you’ll learn about your phase of pregnancy and postpartum so you can leave feeling confident and knowledgeable. You’ll receive tips throughout class to practice at home to ease aches between classes.
