Postpartum Yoga Classes in CT

In-person classes are held at our yoga studio in Southington, CT and via Livestream.

Postpartum yoga allows you to reconnect with your body and movement after giving birth. Our postpartum classes include:

  • Establishing a pelvic floor and core connection.

  • Building strength and stamina in muscles needed for parenthood.

  • Learning functional movements for everyday activities.

  • Stretching out postpartum aches.

  • Connecting with a community of like-minded mamas and their babies.

    Wednesdays, 10:00-10:45 AM (babies welcome)

    Thursdays, 5:45-6:45 PM (mamas only)

    Virtual: Mama’s 20 Minutes series (40 videos total)

    Virtual: Postpartum Yoga Ball Series (6 videos total)
