I looked forward to her weekly prenatal class, and appreciate how she did her best to cater to each individuals needs throughout their pregnancies. She always modified poses as needed, and checked in with us regarding pains or whatever our specific needs were each class. She even went above and beyond to help find other providers, like prenatal massage and pelvic floor PT, if we had needs outside of her realm of expertise. She even checked in with me after I gave birth, and offered some poses to help with new mom pains (like my sore back from lifting a newborn constantly). I truly can't recommend Molly and her classes enough. Her reiki is great too!”
