What Mamas Are Saying

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Molly has created not just a weekly yoga class - but truly an entire community of support that helped me so much this year during both my pregnancy and also the first few months as a new mom. I attended her prenatal yoga classes during the last 16 weeks of my pregnancy and her baby yoga classes with my son after he was born. Beyond the physical benefits of yoga, it helped me so much with feeling mentally prepared for birth, building attachment with my newborn and bonding with other moms going through the same journey. Can not recommend her classes enough!” - Mama A.W.

Yoga For The Third Trimester

A common question is, “I’m in my third trimester. Is it too late to join?” The answer is no! Your third trimester is the most important time to practice the hip and pelvic opening poses in the series to allow your baby to get into optimal fetal positioning.

While you might have heard that using a yoga ball is helpful in the final weeks of pregnancy, you might not know how to properly use it. In our pregnancy yoga ball series, you’ll have access to four 20-minute videos using a yoga ball. These videos will practice breathwork, poses, and affirmations that help both you and your baby get ready to meet each other. Check out the link below for more information!
