INSIDE A MOM YOGA CLASS

INSIDE A MOM YOGA CLASS -
Come as you are. We’ll meet you there!
Some nights, we need to slow down and let go of the stress. Other nights, we want to turn up the music, flow, and have fun. We follow the energy in the room, helping you stretch, strengthen, reconnect, and move without having to think too hard about what comes next.
Here’s what you can count on every week:
01
Follow the Energy
No rigid agenda, we move with whatever the room needs that night.
02
Strength for Life
Core, pelvic floor, & functional strength to support your body through everyday motherhood.
03
No Experience Needed
No fancy poses, no judgment, we laugh a lot and meet you where you are.
04
Real Rest
Every class closes with Savasana, a few real minutes to just rest.
Bring a mat and a water bottle, we'll take care of the rest: cozy lighting, peaceful music, and every prop you need (extra mats always on hand, no extra cost). Working through an injury or something specific? You can let me know about this when you sign up, and I'll cue you to keep your body safe.
A COMMUNITY FOR MOMS
This Isn’t Just Another Yoga Class. It’s a Place to Belong.
As your baby grows, the kind of community you need changes, too. Mom Yoga brings together women navigating toddler feelings, changing routines, and everything that comes with this next season of motherhood. It’s a place to move, laugh, and connect with moms who get it, without judgment and without needing to explain yourself.
Kind Words From Our Community

“I've worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years and Peaceful & Prenatal’s class is by far the best I've ever taken. The comfortable environment they create and the thoughtfulness that goes into the teaching is second to none. The class and studio are a home for everyone, regardless of your level of yoga experience. I couldn't recommend Peaceful & Prenatal more!”

Peaceful & Prenatal is a great place to practice yoga. I don’t have any outside yoga experience, but I’ve always felt welcomed in class, where mats and supplies are available. They also keep everything super clean!”

Mom Yoga Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Postpartum Yoga is designed for the earlier stage after birth and the experience of being a new mom. Mom Yoga is for the chapter that comes next, especially supportive for moms with older babies, toddlers, or growing children who want movement, stress relief, and a community of women navigating a similar season.
-
Not at all. Your child doesn't need to be a specific age. If you no longer feel closely connected to the brand-new postpartum stage but still want a supportive yoga community for moms, this class may be a great fit for you.
-
No yoga experience is needed! I explain movements clearly, offer options, and keep the class approachable. There's no fancy yoga language and no pressure to perform.
-
The class changes depending on what the group needs that evening, some classes may be slow and grounding, others more playful or rhythmic. Expect a combination of mobility, stretching, balance, functional strength, core and pelvic-floor awareness, breathwork, and rest.
-
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you don't have a mat, you can borrow one at the studio at no additional cost. All other props are provided.
-
Let me know before we start class, and I'll be sure to give you personalized cues to help you feel comfortable and safe while moving on the mat. I always remind you to listen to your body and offer different options throughout class.
-
Nope! You can drop in whenever your schedule allows or choose the four-class monthly membership if you want to make Mom Yoga a regular commitment to yourself.
-

If you need to miss a class, give at least 24 hours’ notice and your class credit can be rolled over. A drop-in class is $20. The four-class monthly membership is $74, which works out to $18.50 per class.
